Hello, I am having an issue accessing my account. Today, when I tried to log in, I was prompted to provide proof of identification by submitting a photocopy of my documents. I find this process extremely frustrating and unnecessary for a simple profile login. I am concerned about sharing such sensitive information and feel uncomfortable with the level of control this implies. I am trying to promote my business on Facebook, but this setback is hindering my progress and causing me great distress. I have never encountered this problem in my over 5 years of using this account, and I am both confused and dissatisfied with this service. I hope that someone can assist me in regaining access to my account without requiring additional documentation so that I can continue using it within the next 24 hours.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I have two accounts - one is my regular account and the other one I created today for role-playing with friends. After logging out of the role-play account, I can't log back into my regular one. The password isn't working, and I can't reset it either. Even though it claims I'm logged in, I'm not. I attempted to log in on my son's tablet but was unsuccessful. How can I regain access to my account? Instead of retrieving the account associated with a past hack, I need access to my regular account that has a picture of a girl by a dragon with a watermark from "Hidden Realms." This account is crucial for family communication.

As an older lady with loved ones on Facebook, I've felt really upset by receiving inappropriate images from strangers. Despite trying to adjust my privacy settings and delete these pictures, they keep coming back, even more explicit each time. I'm really troubled by this and I need some assistance to remove this content from my page. I have grandchildren and unless this issue is sorted out, I might have to delete my account altogether and stop using your platform.

A while back, Facebook automatically synced with my phone's contact list, resulting in duplicate entries with @facebook.com email addresses. This mix-up added every Facebook friend as a separate contact, cluttering up my phone's storage unnecessarily. Despite most friends already existing as contacts, this duplication issue occurred. I would appreciate help in reversing or disabling this feature, as removing thousands of duplicated entries manually is impractical.

Hello, I am reaching out about my wife's Facebook account. She has been blocked for over a month without any clear reason. She is truly sorry for any mistake she may have made. As a disabled Army veteran, we rely on Facebook for listing items on online yard sale sites to earn an honest living. Although she had a misunderstanding regarding clothes postings on one site, it was resolved with the site's Admin. However, she remains blocked from all of Facebook, and the Admin is unsure why. I am concerned about my daughter's old Facebook account being hijacked. Someone posing as my daughter, Annie Clair, is threatening her contacts with vulgar language and even death threats. This person previously hacked into her Snapchat, but after contacting them about case #[redacted]8, the account was removed. Unfortunately, the harassment continues on Facebook. We reached out to the Maine State Police, who believe the perpetrator may be in Pakistan, but they were unable to assist us. The situation is terrifying, especially since my daughter has been receiving up to 20 calls a day from the number +[redacted][redacted], which we now have blocked. Despite forwarding her calls to my phone, the harassment persists.

However, upon attempting to log in, I found the account had been blocked for security reasons and subsequently disabled. To forward our project, scheduled to launch on August 14th, I quickly created accounts on Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and our domain www.shefortech.com. Tina, I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account. Despite numerous password recovery attempts, I've been unable to log in. After an unhelpful call to customer service, I contemplated deleting my account, but upon reinstallation, the same issue persisted. I'm concerned my account may have been compromised. I woke up yesterday unable to log in, even though my previous password, "I love my mom," is no longer working. I'd appreciate it if Wake Tech could reach out to me on my cell phone at [redacted]. This is my second attempt at setting up my Facebook account in my own name. I created it a few days ago, but after confirming my account through email, it got locked for verification. I submitted my identification - my passport - with all the necessary information, but Facebook disabled my account for no apparent reason. Frustrated, I filled in two appeal forms and submitted my passport twice. I urge Facebook to activate my account as there is no valid reason for its disablement. I find it concerning that Facebook may be infringing on my privacy by requesting my passport information. Hello, I am Bert Kuijt, and I have a significant issue. There was an account "Harrie the Hunter" on Facebook, and they have exposed many of my friends publicly on Facebook. They posted pictures and unpleasant words on the page, and we are unsure of how to address this. I am heading to the police today and need to identify the individual behind the account. Since yesterday, the account has disappeared, and we are unable to determine who is behind "Harrie the Hunter". Please assist me in identifying the person behind the account, so we can take appropriate steps with either an authoritative company or the police. Hello, I encountered an issue with my account when I tried to add friends to my group, resulting in my account being blocked. I received a message stating, "We’ve detected suspicious activity on your Facebook account and have temporarily locked it as a security precaution. It’s likely that your account was compromised as a result of entering your password on a website designed to look like Facebook. This type of attack is known as phishing. Learn more in the Help Center. Over the next few steps we’ll walk you through a security check to help secure your account, and let you log back in." I recently made a purchase from a Facebook page for a necklace. Ordering from Apollo31's website, I received an email confirming the package's delivery. When I inquired about a tracking number, I was informed they don't provide tracking for orders under $50. After a week passed without receiving the item, I requested a refund, which they asked to return the necklace first. By week three, I finally received the necklace, disappointed to see it looked nothing like the picture online. Multiple refund requests were ignored, and when I warned others about their misleading products in a comment on their page, it was promptly deleted, and I was blocked. Seeking to report the page for false advertising and to ensure others don't face similar issues, I still hope for a refund as initially requested.

About a week ago, my Facebook account was abruptly disabled due to an alleged intellectual property violation. Despite reaching out through their help page, providing my FB page, ID card, and explaining the situation, all I received were generic responses lacking specifics. I've repeatedly requested details and asked for my account to be restored, but have yet to hear back. Recently, a false copyright claim on one of my videos was released on my business page, and even after emailing Facebook regarding my case number, there has been no response. I've asked for clarification on the issue, the claimant's identity, a resolution, and an apology, as well as requested the reactivation of my account multiple times. Relying greatly on Facebook for work and keeping in touch with distant loved ones, I am eager to regain access. I appreciate any assistance in helping me restore my account or facilitating communication with Facebook.

I suspect someone unauthorized accessed my Facebook as it prompted me to reset my password while I was traveling. Unfortunately, I forgot my new password as I hastily changed it from "DWAYNE2018." Yahoo requires verification to access my account, but I no longer have the necessary phone or backup. Although my Facebook is linked to my Yahoo email, I prefer to use Gmail moving forward due to accessibility issues. Maintaining my Facebook is crucial as it is my main communication with my children who live far away. I am willing to provide any information needed about my account to resolve this without losing my account and the cherished photos stored on it.
