Simply log into my account ... I can’t log into my Instagram account. There is no Instagram hotline that I can call so I thought I’d call the company that owns Instagram. I can’t get a verification code because my phone number has changed since I registered. I emailed Instagram and they replied and said to take a picture with a code written on a piece of paper. I did that and they still haven’t replied, and my account still isn’t activated.
Instagram told me to write a code on a piece of paper. I did that and the problem still isn’t fixed.
I would just like to log back into my Instagram.
Over * years, so you can understand why I’m upset with the situation as I’ve been a customer with Instagram for a long time and all my photos are on my current account that I can’t even access.
I’ve tried every single hotline and email that exists.
