Hello, thank you for reaching out. I wanted to share a positive experience regarding a charitable donation I attempted to make last March [redacted] for my birthday. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties donating through Facebook using PayPal due to high activity. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue and seek clarification, I have been unsuccessful in making the donation. Recently, I encountered a separate issue when trying to purchase Farm Town Cash to enhance my farm. I found it challenging to use PayPal for this transaction as well. I am frustrated by these obstacles and hope for a resolution soon. I have scanned copies of my driver's license and birth certificate that I can send via email for verification. I prefer using Outlook.com for this purpose. I have fond memories of my farm and town and seek assistance in enjoying the game again. Thank you for your help.

I am unable to access my account due to not being able to retrieve the email associated with it for years. Recently, I had to replace my phone, which led to forgetting my password. Despite attempting to update my recovery email, verification emails are still being sent to the old email address. Regrettably, I couldn’t find a way to change the primary email initially. It's distressing to risk losing access to precious memories stored in this account. I seek guidance on how to regain entry, as the standard recovery procedures are futile without access to the original email. The email provided here is the current contact point for assistance, also identical to my name on Facebook. Your support in this matter is greatly appreciated.

This account, possibly created by my ex-fiance, is using my previous profile picture without my knowledge. I suspect this fake account was made on May 19, [redacted], solely for creating false messages between myself and other individuals. As I am dealing with family and domestic violence court matters with my ex, I am deeply concerned that this fake account could be used to manipulate information against me. I urgently request your assistance in providing me with the necessary information regarding this fake account, including the email address used to create it. It appears that the account in question has been deactivated or hidden, but I need to locate it promptly. I had created a secondary account under a different name with the email "[redacted]". The purpose was to have a private space to post without family seeing. I now realize this goes against terms of service and why the account got disabled. The problem is I have apps linked to that account I can't access unless it's re-enabled or confirmed by Facebook the account won't be reinstated. After that, the app developer can unlink it so I can link it to my regular Facebook. Please send any replies to the email associated with this account. Thank you.

Hello, I am encountering difficulties with deactivating Facebook Ad Accounts for the company I work for, which provides coupons and information on promotions and discounts. This problem began a few months ago. Despite our efforts to comply with Facebook Ads Policy by clearly stating that we offer promotional services, our accounts remain deactivated. Each time we request reactivation, we receive a generic response stating that our business model is not supported, without specific guidance on how to address the issue. This leaves us unsure about what changes to make. We recently had two more accounts deactivated without being informed of the cause. I am seeking assistance in reactivating our accounts and obtaining advice on how to enhance our advertising on Facebook.

Despite providing Facebook with my Passport/ID to verify my identity, they have informed me that my account is permanently disabled. An unauthorized login from Mansoura, Egypt occurred on the 8th of July [redacted] at 9:21AM CAT. I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior on my account; I primarily use it to promote my music career, which I have been doing for nearly 10 years. Hi there, I am reaching out concerning Scott Allen Oliver's account, which was memorialized on May 28th. Despite our belief that it would safeguard all the pictures, videos, and messenger messages, we were surprised to find out on July 9th that his wife, Missy Oliver, had the account deleted. While we understand that retrieving the page may not be feasible, our main request is to access the memories stored there, particularly the videos featuring his voice. These precious moments were solely stored on Facebook and not backed up on our devices. This plea comes from my Mother-in-Law, Diane Oliver, who used to start her day with one of his videos. Losing these mementos feels like losing him all over again for her. We are desperately seeking a way to recover any of his pictures or videos. We had taken these for granted, but they hold immeasurable sentimental value now. Fulfilling this humble request could bring immeasurable comfort to my grieving mother-in-law. Please consider our heart-wrenching plea.

In June of this year, I created a new Facebook account. However, I forgot the password to my previous account, and I no longer have access to the email address associated with it, making it impossible for me to deactivate the old account. I am hopeful that Facebook can help me permanently delete the old account. There are significant reasons behind my request to remove the inactive account, and I have already tried all other available options. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I need assistance regarding my late daughter's Facebook page. The account of Catherine Mustain ([redacted]) was hacked, and after my son-in-law attempted to memorialize it, the page vanished. The photos and messages on her page are cherished by our family and friends. Catherine passed away on June 2, [redacted], the day before her 29th birthday. I have two accounts that have been inactive for years and I urgently need them deleted. Despite numerous attempts, Facebook has failed to remove them, leaving these unwanted profiles lingering. If I had known they could never be deleted, I would have never created them. After years of trying to resolve this issue, I am now considering legal action against Facebook. I have consulted with my legal team, and if my deletion requests continue to be ignored, I will pursue a lawsuit seeking compensation for the distress caused by Facebook's inaction. I demand a prompt response and a resolution to this matter. If my requests are not addressed, I will have to escalate this further. It is frustrating to deal with this situation, and I hope for a swift resolution from Facebook.

Hello, I have three accounts, one of which I shared with my husband. Unfortunately, I've lost access to that account, as well as another one under the user name Irma Marie Garcia. I have tried everything to regain access but haven't been successful. The blocked account is associated with an old phone number, [redacted], which I no longer have access to. I would like to retrieve my pictures stored in these accounts or delete them if necessary. The third account, Irma M Garcia, is the one I can still access and would like to continue using. Despite my efforts to adjust my settings, I continue to encounter the same issue on Facebook. I have repeatedly removed an ad over 50 times, following the prompts that assure me I won't see it again, only to have it reappear. Despite reporting it as spam and using other available methods, Facebook has not addressed the problem effectively. Today alone, I have already seen the same weight loss advertisement three times, despite my previous actions. It seems that different users are posting similar content, indicating a larger issue at hand. It appears that foreign entities have found a way to circumvent Facebook's system, leading to a widespread problem that needs attention.

I received a notification that I won a prize in your lottery contest and was asked for various details, including passwords and my social security number. They then requested I buy gift cards to claim my winnings. I could only afford a $50 gift card but then they demanded more. Now, I fear I won't receive my prize. I saved the entire conversation for evidence on my phone. How can I get my winnings without additional expenses and regain access to my Facebook account? I created a new account with minimal details, but I prefer my original one with hundreds of friends and more information.

A person named Kerry Moore from Wilson, NC, tagged me and several others in a comment on a video link that I didn't watch because I needed to log in to see it. The video's thumbnail depicted a woman involved in explicit behavior with a man, along with a disturbing title. Given my history of being mistreated by cousins, this was deeply upsetting. I'm uncertain if Kerry's account was compromised, but I urgently wish to have my name removed from the comment. Despite my attempts to report the issue and block Kerry, the problem persists. I left a comment expressing my distress, but it was flagged with a red exclamation mark and not displayed. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
