Hello there , im having a big problem here. I played dragon nest mobile game by using facebook logged on and last week ago , my account lost without any reason and it got subtitude by another account which are the account get deleted before. Okay , let me explain about the deleted account, last time it was my first ID in this facebook account but its got deleted because i unnistall and reinstall the game( it said i dint back up data)due to failed update. I did ask help from game developer but no answer at all so i decided just start again with the same facebook account. But last week the deleted ID reborn and swap away my latest ID. So ? I dint know how fix this , i do tried contact DN mobile staff but they only reply me and said sorry we cant help you , please contact facebook for that. Excuse me ? I paid and spent for this game and this is what i got? So if you really out there saw my massage , i hope you can fix for me, i need it back badly! Thanks you
