I am reaching out because Facebook has recently censored a video I shared on my page on May 30, [redacted]. The video features a Japanese journalist covering the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories. It contains no explicit violence or nudity and is milder than many movie trailers posted on the platform. Despite showing black and white archival photos of deceased Palestinians for a few seconds, with no graphic content visible, it was still censored. This leads me to believe the video was targeted due to its political nature, either because of objections to criticizing Israeli policies or pressure to silence discussions about Palestinian oppression. This is the second time a video of mine regarding the Israeli occupation of Palestine has been censored.
