Dear Sir*Madam, my name is Natalie Donikian and since yesterday I have been experiencing issues with my facebook account. I have been logged out of it. To give you a description of what happened here is the following information. Just for your information, I was in Armenia, Yerevan on holiday ( I am now back in Athens, Greece). On ** June **** at approx *-*am I got a notification from facebook saying that someone, if i am not mistaken in the US tried to access my account and that I should change my password. I did it successfully (using my phone), and facebook confirmed that the password was changed and everything was ok. At around *pm in the afternoon (** hours later), I was actually on messenger chatting to Mr. Robin Bull and Mr. Dimitris Mexis, I got another notification saying that I had to reenter my password, which I did, but I am now unable to log back in. I have requested a recovery to facebook, but the email which was linked to my account was *****@***.com This email is no longer in use, for years now and I don*t remember the password. I have tried to recover it as well but I am unable to so. I contacted microsoft that informed me that the cephalonia**** email address has been taken by someone else. A few weeks back, I had actually submitted a request to facebook to change my email contact to *****@***.com which I thought had gone through. But it seems like now it says that the email *****@***.com is not registered on facebook. The recent activities I did was to share photos from my instagram account from Armenia. In addition, prior to that I shared photos on Instagram from Greece. Kindly note that as I have travelled that past few months, you will note logins from: Armenia, Greece, Ethiopia, South Africa, Mauritius. Please please help me recover this account as I have had it for over ** years now and it is really crucial for me. If it helps, you will also see that i have a page I manage linked to my facebook called "the*voyage*collection" which was created this year. If I need to provide any additional information or send you contact details of my facebook friends that can help me recover my password please let me know. If my memory serves me right, I think when I created my facebook I was in Granada, Spain and this was in ****-*. In addition, I manage a page called the Voyage Store on Facebook, that however is linked to my natdonikian@gmail address and I receive notifications as you will see attached.
