My Facebook account has been hacked in Iraq. Someone changed my email address and phone number associated with the account. My name is Wayne Janisch. I recently changed the password to "gertiuda1978" and regained access, but the hacker managed to change the email again. The old email was [redacted], but I don't have access to it anymore. My new email is [redacted]. I tried to recover the password with the help of my friends Steven Cherry, Paige, Sasia, and Stephen. I am very upset as there are important family photos, including pictures of my late mother, that I might lose forever. This has happened three times, and I am desperate for help to get rid of this hacker. Thank you, Wayne Janisch.

My Facebook account got suspended because someone reported that my name is fake. I've had this account for over 5 years, and everything important to me is linked to it - my games, friends, family, saved items, and personal pictures. It's been nearly a week, and Facebook mentioned they would "get back" to me regarding my account. It feels unjust that anyone can report something, and without an apparent way to contact Facebook, they just disable your account without considering how long I've had it and the number of friends I have. I've seen accounts with 6,[redacted] friends, and I know they don't all know each other personally. I only have a few friends, and that's my main use of Facebook - to stay connected with loved ones.

My account has been compromised by someone who altered my phone number and name. I suspect they are after my bank details. I have screenshots as evidence. I couldn't access my account for a few days because the password was changed. Unfortunately, email reset is not possible as the linked email was deactivated long ago. I urgently request to freeze the account and reset the password to [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, Last year, I accidentally locked myself out of Facebook. It's unfortunate because my account was set up under my nickname, Rio Hall, but to unlock it, I had to use my real name, which changed my account to Gabriel Hall. I am distressed by this name change. I've been known as Rio Hall since I was 5 years old, and everyone, including at work at the MET Police London, knows me by this name. While my passport says Gabriel and my bank cards say Gabrielle, I would like to have my Facebook account changed back to Rio Hall. If that's not possible, please consider changing it to Gabrielle, as it reflects the name I use for work. I have had a Facebook account for around 8 years, since [redacted]. Over the years, some of my information like my contact number and email have changed. Unfortunately, I recently forgot my password and can't access my account because I no longer have access to the previous email or phone number. I cherish my Facebook account a lot and really want to regain access. I am willing to prove to Facebook that I am the rightful owner. Please help me recover my account.

As a registered nurse and Keanu Reeves fan, I unfortunately fell victim to an imposter earlier this year. Many vulnerable women like myself have been emotionally and financially affected by these imposters posing as Mr. Reeves on social media, despite his known absence on such platforms. Recently, I encountered several fake accounts on Facebook claiming to be Keanu Reeves, and after calling them out as imposters, they promptly blocked me. This disrespect towards Mr. Reeves's reputation is unacceptable. I have reached out to him and his lawyer, who are conducting an investigation into these scams. I have reported the fraudulent accounts on Facebook and urge action to prevent further harm to women. I possess evidence of these scams and will continue to push for resolution. The proliferation of these imposters raises concerns about Facebook's policies. I am committed to raising awareness about this issue and will escalate it further if necessary. I recently had my account disabled for 30 days because I shared a picture of a butt. While I acknowledge the guidelines, I'm puzzled because I see similar images all over Facebook without any consequences. I'm currently trying to donate money to support a trooper who tragically passed away, and the only way to contribute is through Facebook. I would really appreciate some assistance or clarification on this matter.

Dear Facebook Support, I encountered an issue while trying to reset my password yesterday. Every time I requested a code via text or email, I received the same code. Unfortunately, when I entered the code, it was consistently deemed expired or invalid. After multiple attempts, I got locked out of my account. My marketplace was disabled by a hacker, supposedly due to Facebook using Google servers. They advised me to purchase two $50 Google Play cards to resolve the issue. After sending the cards, they claimed there were more problems and requested another $[redacted] card. When trying to contact customer service, the line was always busy. In an email, they asked for an additional $[redacted] Google Play card, promising a refund of $[redacted] plus $75 for my trouble. The email had a Facebook letterhead. I, who am on disability and was not aware of the situation, have lost $[redacted]. Now, I am in a difficult financial situation and need assistance. My phone number is [redacted]. Any help would be greatly appreciated as my bank account is now overdrawn.

I am dealing with a situation where someone has created a harmful account on social media, posting slanderous content about me, my family, and an unknown individual. The posts contain personal information like home addresses, putting our careers, reputations, and safety at risk. Despite involving the police and reporting the page to Facebook, they claim the posts do not violate their guidelines. This ongoing harassment has prompted our employers to intervene, potentially jeopardizing our jobs based on false information. If Facebook does not remove the posts and address the situation, we may need to escalate this to a criminal investigation with law enforcement.

I have been having issues accessing my Facebook account. I used to have it connected to my email [redacted] but have since changed to [redacted] I tried creating a new account after deleting the old one, but I keep getting locked out. I have unknowingly been added to a Facebook chat group named 'Friends Chatroom'. Numerous comments in the chat mention messages being removed temporarily due to sender verification issues and discussions about business deals. The group's homepage features images of a half moon and star, which I associate with Islam. I am uncomfortable with this and wish to leave the chatroom. I am worried and feel the account may need to be closed entirely. I appreciate any assistance as the issue has not been resolved yet.

Hi there. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook accounts. I have one under my maiden name, "Uketa Conway," and another under my married name, "Uketa Marie Young." I recently got a new phone and forgot the password to the Uketa Marie Young account. I cannot reset my password because I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account. I purchased a riding lawn mower on Facebook Market for $[redacted] on June 6th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the lawn mower is not working correctly as the deck is missing. The seller, who promised a warranty, has not refunded my money despite multiple attempts to contact him. I called him on June 5th and he hung up on me, claiming it was the Fourth of July.
