I had to get a new phone due to damage on my old phone. I got logged out out of all my accounts and did not remember my passwords to Instagram. The reason I’m contacting you is because Instagram is apart of Facebook and I have been trying to get ahold of either you guys to help login back to my OWN account. Because it keeps just sending security codes to get back in but it will just send more codes and I’ve been trying to get back in my account for the last THREE days. Facebook then contacted from the “Instagram team”. Sending me an email to write a code on clear piece of paper and my full name and username and to send it to them and I did and I have still revived any message for them I get that it’s jus for security but it’s not a hack or someone else trying to get in my account. I hope you guys contacted me ASAP!
