I am facing a similar issue. When attempting to log in, I receive a pop-up instructing me that a login code was sent via SMS, which I cannot access. Even after opting for a temporary password through Gmail, upon using the code provided, I am prompted with another code sent via SMS. I noticed another user experiencing the same problem and am curious if it has been resolved.

Last week, my Facebook account was hacked, and I received an email about a password reset that I didn't authorize. I took the necessary steps to secure my account, such as changing my password, logging out of other devices, and adjusting my security settings, including adding trusted contacts. However, days later, I received another email about a password reset, and the new security settings were challenging to set up. After a busy weekend away from home, I finally completed the process on my laptop. I placed an order through Stanlice's Facebook page on May 23rd, and the payment was deducted from my bank account right away. I was sent an order confirmation with order number #[redacted]. The founder also sent a thank you message, mentioning I would receive a notification when the order shipped. It's been 4 weeks, but I still haven't received a tracking number. When I contacted them, I got an email saying my order was delivered, but it included the wrong tracking information for an order in Spain placed two months earlier. The customer service representative suggested I wait 10 days for an updated tracking number but then closed the email thread, making it impossible for me to reach out to them. This is unacceptable customer service. I'm requesting a full refund and want to caution others about this website. Thank you.

My Facebook account for Stacy Smith, with phone number [redacted] and email [redacted], has been hacked and wiped despite following all the directions from Facebook to secure and verify the account. I received a notification email on 6/10 regarding someone trying to log in from an unfamiliar location. After changing my password, I couldn't log in this morning. Upon resetting my password, I received emails about attempted changes to my phone number and email, as well as emails in Arabic. When I managed to log in, my name was changed to Rosemary Cabalaro, but my profile was empty. I discovered the Arabic emails were addressed to a Mohamed Abdel-Hussein. I am desperate to report this and ensure any linked apps are disconnected from my Facebook. Additionally, I would like to recover my posts and pictures. I have two-step authentication set up for signing in. On Friday, at 10:09 pm, someone logged into my account when I was out of town without service. I only noticed this on Sunday. I changed my password and logged out of all active sessions. However, when I try to reset my password now, the second-step authentication code isn't being sent to my phone. Since I'm not logged into my Facebook app, I can't access the code generator. I'm locked out of my account, and even after attempting to recover it, I never receive the email as promised. Please help me regain access to my account.

I recently lost access to my Facebook account due to a login from Iraq, a country I have never visited. When I created my account years ago, I used the email [redacted] solely for Facebook. Unfortunately, I can no longer access this email, and the hacker changed both my Facebook and email passwords.
I need help either deactivating the account or regaining control to prevent the hacker from exploiting my contacts. I visited my Facebook account to access a photo from my Mobile Uploads album and realized that both my Mobile Uploads and Timeline photo albums are missing from my page. It is inconvenient because I rely on the Mobile Uploads album to easily locate specific photos without having to search through all my uploads. For instance, I needed to find a picture from last June in my Mobile Uploads, but without the album, I have to scroll through all my posted photos. I have an album spanning from August of last year to May of this year with over 2,[redacted] photos, and this makes finding specific images challenging. I hope to restore the Mobile Uploads album as it provided easy access to my photos. Thank you.
