My account was de-activated without warning. I had shared a post about Education to two friends, then posted the same post on my timeline. I AM NOT SURE IF I MISTAKENLY SIGNED OUT, AND I USUALLY EVER DO SO. When I went to use my account again, the page told me to log-in. When I tried (I think I entered the wrong password) and I got the message that my account had been deactivated. I tried to start a new account, without success. I followed steps for reactivation, and sent * ID's (passport and driving license in reply to Facebook's e-mail. These would not upload to the original submission. This happened yesterday (June *) and have not had any acknowledgment these were received. I am a teacher and rely on Facebook for both personal and classroom use, as well as to keep in touch with colleagues in many parts of the world. I don't know what to do now, or how long I have to wait for Facebook's reply and hoped-for action.
GetHuman-geobo did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.

Follow Facebook's guidelines for re-activation, send two forms of ID as they request, contact gethuman, and go with their process. IT WORKED !! Thanks so much !!
