I recently updated my profile name to OneDeep Elise, and a week ago, I was informed that someone reported it as not being my real name. Facebook stated that I had a week to confirm my name or change it, or else I would no longer be able to access my account. This account is my only one, and I have had it for the past nine years. It holds all my special photos, connections with friends and family, and more. Many people use nicknames on social media, and it seems unreasonable that this action is necessary. I am concerned about someone who stalks me in real life finding me on Facebook, which is why I changed my name. I hope to regain access to my account without having to alter my name just to comply. This issue is also affecting my use of Messenger.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account under the name Kaitlyn Rose. I logged out to let a friend sign in, but I forgot my password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number or email address I used when I initially set up my account. I used an AIM email that is no longer active since December [redacted]. My profile picture shows me sitting on a counter in a grey outfit with blonde hair. I am eager to regain access as I have many friends and followers on the platform due to my music career. I have been attempting to access my account for the past week, but someone hacked in and altered my email address and password. I regained access and updated the email address which has been confirmed by your team. I also provided photo ID, which has been verified, and changed the password multiple times. However, I am unable to proceed past the automated identity confirmation system, despite answering questions correctly. I am now being prompted to obtain an unlock code to access my account. It is crucial that I regain access as I have responsibilities depending on me. Please resolve this issue promptly so I can regain access to my account.

I have been trying to change my password using the link provided, but the system keeps asking me to prove my identity despite already submitting my ID. I recently created a new Facebook account and fan page for my blog business, but it was disabled. I wanted to keep it separate from my personal account in case I sold the business. If I can only have one account, please advise on how to move the Fan page (WordyExplorers) to my personal account. I am the marketing representative of a company called Relidoor. I use an account named "Sine Nomine" to manage our business Facebook page. The account, which was only for administrative purposes, has been deactivated for security reasons. I recently bought a new phone. While originally using my Facebook account associated with my Davis School District email when I was working there, I now have a different Gmail account after retiring. My Facebook didn't transfer to my new phone, leaving me with two Facebook accounts. I need help switching my Facebook to my current Gmail account and deleting the old one. I am not receiving password reset emails from Facebook, and I want to ensure I have access to all my posts and pictures, including collages and sent images I cherish. A similar issue seems to be affecting my Instagram account too.

I am receiving numerous "people you might know" suggestions from seemingly fake accounts, mostly with pictures of scantily clad women and no other information provided. These accounts are flooding in, sometimes up to 60 a day, and they often originate from regions like Asia, the Middle East, India, and South America. I am bothered by this and wish for it to cease. Some profiles are in languages I am not familiar with, including Arabic, Hindi, Thai, and others. The names listed include Taari Taari, সুমি সুমন, and Nguyễn Tôn Kristi. I would like to be removed from whatever list is generating these suggestions, as I have no connections or commonalities with these individuals and cannot even identify the languages used.

Hello, I am writing to address an issue regarding the account linked to the email [redacted] that I share with a friend. This account was originally created solely for gaming purposes and was registered on Facebook to be part of our gaming group. Recently, it seems our account has been reported and Facebook is requesting ID verification to validate it. Since we only intended to use this account to connect with our in-game friends and have no interest in using social media, we are seeking a solution to stop the requests for real ID documents and continue using the account exclusively for our gaming activities. Yesterday, on 6/7/18, I submitted a report to Facebook regarding a user I have been communicating with whom I suspect may not be who they claim to be. I have come across some concerning information that has raised red flags for me. Despite this, their profile is still active on Facebook, leading me to question if my report has been addressed by Facebook. The reporting process appears to be too vague and I am unsure if my concerns have been taken seriously. Dear Facebook Help Center, I recently had to verify my account by changing my name and submitting ID photos. Unfortunately, a friend accessed my account, changed the contact information, and is now posting things I do not want to share. I am unable to recover the account as it is now under their control. I have another account and would like to report and remove the hacked account. Is there a way for me to do this? I am ready to verify myself through my new account. Hello, This morning, I logged into my Instagram account without any issues. However, at 4:50pm, I received an email notifying me that my password had been changed successfully. When I tried to access Instagram on my iPhone, it prompted me to log in again, indicating that my information had been altered. My original email address is “[redacted],” and my initial username was “brookepohle.” The hacker modified my username to “darwin_4506__cole” and changed the email address linked to the account. They also created a new account under my original username “brookepohle,” connecting it to my Facebook account and phone number ([redacted]). However, my phone number remains associated with my old account. I haven't used any other usernames before this incident. I am feeling extremely anxious and panicked. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have had the same phone for a while, and my password was always saved. However, my phone recently stopped working, so I lost access to all my accounts, including Facebook. I tried to get the phone fixed at the store, but it could not be turned on. Now, with a new phone, I can no longer access the email linked to my Facebook account because it is no longer active. I also can't access the old phone number due to switching phone companies. When attempting to reset the password, I do not have any other options to regain access. I received a response suggesting to find a similar report, unfortunately, there isn't one. This individual also had an Instagram account that has since been removed after my report.
