To whom it may concern:**I received a message when I selected my Facebook app this past Saturday morning saying my password may have been compromised and advising me to change it. **I went through the process to change and used the identification of friends by pictures as the confirmation. At the end of the process, I received a message that they were unable to complete, try again later.**I received an email from Facebook that my password was changed, but when I went back to the app, I got the same message about changing my password. I have since tried changing the password at least six times, same result. I verified with some of my family that they can no longer see my profile in their friends list.**At that point, I went through the recover process on Facebook.com, saw what appears to be my profile when I used my email address. After I received my * digit code by email, I again went through the password change process with the same result. I have used multiple confirmation processes, all of which were successful, yet can still not access my account.**Please review and advise resolution as soon as possible. I have had my account for several years and have many treasured pictures and connections that I do not want to lose. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.**Thank you,**Sandy Chafin

Deleted the app from my phone and accessed from a different device. I was then able to change my password!
