The issue in GetHuman-lniskane's own words
I had made a review on a business Facebook page about in issue regarding an experience I had with with the owner of the Business. After posting the review on the Facebook review section on Facebook ( the experience was not a good one) the owner of the company ( I do know her a little bit from my fiance) she contacted me by calling me nonstop and contacting my boss ( who owns a business). The owner of the company I had the bad experience with took screenshot photos of the conversation I had with her and sent them to my boss. My boss was not happy with how the other owner handled things and told me that there was unprofessionalism going on. I am still getting not so good responses from the owner of the company I posted the bad review on. I did contact the Better Business bureau about this and they made the owner apologize but I didn't believe that the apology was sincere. The company's name is Running With Scissors Studio and it's a hair salon in Murrieta , CA. The owner's name is Jennifer Patterson Rhea. My name is Laura Niskanen. Lastly Jennifer has blocked me from messaging the company or posting review ( I thought that business pages on Social Media websites were not allowed to block customer). What I see happen is that someone from Facebook does an investigation on her and go through and read all the posted reviews made and tells her that since the page has a review section people can post reviews to the board if their experience is good or bad. This needs Facebook intervention.
