I received a distressing message through Facebook Messenger from an unidentified individual. The message was received on Saturday, April 28, [redacted], at 4:01 PM. The contents of the message were aggressive and contained personal attacks.

I recently shared a review on Running With Scissors Studio's Facebook page concerning a negative experience. Subsequently, the owner, Jennifer Patterson Rhea, with whom I have a slight acquaintance through my fiancé, began excessively contacting me and even reached out to my boss, who also owns a business. Jennifer proceeded to share screenshots of our conversation with my boss. Unsurprisingly, my boss expressed disappointment in her unprofessional behavior. Despite reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, who facilitated an apology from Jennifer, I found it insincere. Furthermore, I have been receiving unfavorable responses from her. She has now blocked me from interacting with the company or sharing reviews, which I believed businesses couldn't do on social media. I feel that Facebook should step in and investigate this matter to ensure customers can freely express their opinions on review sections.

I am facing an issue accessing my Facebook profile after my grandson inadvertently locked me out by playing with my phone. I used to log in using my old phone number, which I no longer have access to, and I cannot recall the password for my Yahoo email, linked to my Facebook account. I have created a new profile with the same name but would like to recover my old profile, which holds sentimental photos. The email associated with the old account is [redacted], while my current email is [redacted] I am hoping Facebook can help me retrieve my old profile password, which consisted of the word "pigs" followed by four numbers. Yesterday, while checking my Facebook account, it suddenly crashed and I couldn't reopen it. I am concerned that someone may have accessed my account because afterwards, I received a message instructing me to reset my password and sign in again. Please send me an email to reassure me about the status of my account, as I later received another message prompting me to reset my password. When I attempted to sign in, I encountered difficulty with my password. I fear that something may be wrong. Unfortunately, I proceeded to sign in using the new password they provided (code: [redacted]). I am now unable to change the password again today. Your prompt assistance regarding the security of my account would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Facebook, I am disappointed with your actions regarding the multiple account blocks I have faced due to security concerns. I primarily use one account but created a second one to link it to my Instagram due to frequent issues with logging in on the platform. Creating a new Facebook account to connect with my second Instagram account would be really helpful, but you keep thwarting my efforts. I have already verified my phone number on both accounts, which should confirm my identity. However, you insist on a photo verification process that takes an excessive amount of time to complete. Why are you making it so difficult for me to create another FB account? The amount of information you request seems excessive. Must I go to extreme lengths just to prove my identity to you? If there were alternative ways to stay connected with my family, I would not need a Facebook account. Your security measures seem unreasonable.

I used to live stream my original music performances, but recently a noise filter has been disrupting my sound quality, leading to loss of followers. It would greatly benefit both of us if this filter could be made optional. I would even consider investing in ads if this issue is resolved. It's frustrating not being able to easily contact a representative to address this problem. Your prompt attention to this matter would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I recently updated my email on my Instagram account Prosperity.gram. Upon waking up, I found myself logged out and unable to log back in. It appears someone may have hacked my account as the login information displayed is not mine, asking to confirm with a different email and phone number. Despite receiving texts and emails for password resets on my correct phone number and email, I cannot access my account. When attempting to reset my password, it sends the code to my phone, not the unauthorized number displayed on the login screen. I received a message stating to confirm my ownership of the account with incorrect login credentials tied to a different email, v******[redacted] I'm reaching out for assistance in removing the unauthorized email and phone number ending in 37 to regain access to my account under [redacted] with my phone number ending in [redacted]. Hi Facebook, My account was compromised by someone in California a few days ago, and now I can't access it because I can't remember my password. A friend suggested that since my account was hacked, the password might have been changed too, making it impossible for me to get back in. I was participating in an "Antique booth talk" when this happened. I'm not very active on Facebook, but I really need help to regain access to my account. I wanted to share my recent interaction with a Facebook recruiter. About a year ago, this recruiter and I had a negative experience during my interview process due to scheduling issues on a holiday. Recently, while searching for tech contacts for my son's internship in coding, I contacted the same recruiter through InMail. Despite knowing he had left his previous company, I hoped for a referral based on his background. However, he simply wished us luck without offering any assistance. I believe in courtesy and have always been willing to help others on LinkedIn, where I have made good connections. While I wasn't looking for a way into Facebook, I found his unhelpful response disappointing. I believe recruiters should support networking efforts positively. I felt compelled to share my experience to encourage better responses from recruiters on LinkedIn. Thank you for hearing me out.

I am seeking urgent assistance. My sister's best friend, who is also a close friend of mine, may be falling victim to a scam or facing imminent danger. She has been communicating with an individual named Richard Burgett on Facebook, who also goes by Richard T Burgett. His profile picture depicts him in a service uniform studying a map. Concerned for her well-being, my brother-in-law investigated as she has taken drastic steps such as quitting her job, selling her home, and planning to move to Texas to be with this man whom she has never spoken to. We fear for her safety, unsure if this man has malicious intentions. He has set up a shared account for their future home. Despite our findings revealing no presence of anyone matching his description in the military or in Texas, she remains unaware of the potential risks. Can anyone offer guidance in this situation?

Several years ago, my father passed away without leaving his login details for his Facebook account. Our intention was to contact Facebook to recover the login to set up the account as a memorial, but we hadn't done so. Recently, someone has been changing the profile picture, and we are concerned about the account's integrity. I am his son and would like to regain access to the account to restore it to its original state in his memory. I am willing to provide his death certificate and my birth certificate if required.

On March 22, [redacted], my Facebook account, Christy Strike, was stolen by a scammer who claimed to offer a world bank grant in exchange for a small payment. This scammer used my phone number, 1 [redacted], within my account to deceive my friends, totaling 1,[redacted] individuals who were connected to me on the platform. I have owned this account since around [redacted]. It appears that there might be multiple individuals involved in this scam operation. One of the scammers, Akeem Quadri, seems to be based in Nigeria. Additionally, other names like Michelle St. Amant, Mark Anderson, and Joel DiCaprio have been used in this fraudulent scheme alongside multiple fake Facebook accounts.

The scammer, possibly part of a larger group, including Akeem Quadri from Nigeria, used other fake accounts like Michelle St.Amand, Mark Anderson, and Joel DiCaprio to surround victims with convincing messages. They accessed personal information and photos from my account and targeted many unsuspecting individuals. Despite reporting the theft to Facebook, the help center replied insensitively, denying the existence of impersonation. My original account, started around [redacted], along with my Messenger and Facebook Lite accounts, remain inaccessible. I urge Facebook to address these privacy breaches and restore my accounts while holding the scammers accountable for the distress caused to me and my friends.

I have twice submitted the necessary identification documents to Facebook. I am looking to access the Facebook account under the name Kelly Godwin, featuring a profile picture of my son by the pool. The trusted contacts on the account are Levi Godwin, Kurt Godwin, and Heather Godwin. My son's memorial account is Evan Godwin, and my business page is Lularoe Kelly and Heather. The original email linked to the account, [redacted], is inaccessible, while [redacted] and [redacted] are viable alternatives. Hello. I am Nadina Dumitru Mihaiu, and I am facing harassment from a group known as Atei vs. Credinciosi. The group, with an admin named Luiza Murariu, utilizes fake accounts, such as Ramona Rusu, to defame and bully individuals, including me, my family, and friends. Despite my attempts to report the group, I have been banned and can no longer access it. The group engages in illegal activities and is destroying people's lives. Law enforcement has been unhelpful, leaving me with no other recourse. I urge for an investigation into this 18+ group, as it contains inappropriate content and promotes harassment. Your support is greatly appreciated.

I reported a post last night, but was informed it could not be removed. Meanwhile, a post with a picture of my 17-year-old daughter, for which they do not have permission to use, is being shared causing her distress. We have blocked and reported it, but unfortunately, it remains on Facebook. This situation has led us to involve the police due to safety concerns. Threats have been made towards me and false information spread, causing further distress. There were also threats to involve our workplaces, risking our jobs over these false accusations. I urge you to reconsider and remove the post. The individuals behind this may continue unless action is taken such as temporarily banning them from Facebook. My daughter, Fleur Marie Weaver, is a minor and is being harassed by adults, Jaydene-Paige Bruce, and her mother, Jacqui Bruce. This cyberbullying situation is serious, and I implore you to address it promptly.

I received a notification about being blocked for a post that I cannot find in my activity log. I don't use or have Messenger, but I was sent a screenshot from someone who was receiving messages from me asking for money. I have a picture of that. When I tried to log in, I encountered strange login pages that were different from what I usually see, and then it asked for my password. Today, I changed my password (I have both the old and new passwords if necessary). Despite following Facebook's instructions, I keep getting a connection error. Update: I am still blocked, even though the activity is not in my log. The login process is different, showing just a picture and then asking for the password instead of the usual email and password prompt. I've tried reinstalling Messenger, clearing it out, and uninstalling it multiple times. When I attempt to review the listed information, I just get a "connection error." Please address this issue promptly. It's clear that I didn't make these posts as they don't appear in my log, and I feel targeted. I am a conservative and may need to escalate this if not resolved.
