I keep facing blocks from posting in Facebook groups. I am not engaging in any spamming, harmful behavior, or breaking any of Facebook's terms. The content I share is aligned with the group's interests and locations as specified. Despite this, I repeatedly encounter these blocks. Whenever I try to report this as an error, I receive no response or resolution. Once the block is removed, it quickly reoccurs, creating a frustrating cycle. This situation is hindering my ability to use the platform effectively. It seems counterintuitive to permit group creation but restrict members from posting relevant content. While many users engage in spamming, bullying, or hacking, violations, I am abiding by the rules and yet facing repercussions unjustly.

I recently received a 3-day posting block due to inappropriate behavior on a buy, sell, and trade site. My initial comment was regarding a seller's choice of words, which I found rude and unnecessary. Unfortunately, my feedback led to a heated exchange involving others. The situation escalated to the point where my family members, including my niece, were subjected to distressing remarks. My niece, a hardworking young mother with a sick child in the hospital, was wrongly accused of soliciting donations on the platform. Despite reporting the ongoing harassment and bullying, I remain blocked while the offenders continue their negative behavior unchecked. I have evidence of the incidents and feel unjustly penalized. Requesting immediate unblocking to address the issue at hand.

Hello Facebook, I am encountering an issue with one of your online platforms, specifically with Instagram. I have attempted to contact the support team through Instagram, reported the issue, and visited the main Instagram page, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. I appreciate your service, but the lack of assistance is disheartening. The problem I am facing involves my previous personal account "Salem_Bahamdain" on Instagram. I no longer have access to this account and wish to recover it. I am unsure which email I used to register, possibly my university email, and I have forgotten my password. My daughter accidentally locked my husband, Gary W., out of his Facebook account while setting up an iPad for him. We tried using his password, but it said it was changed 5 months ago, which he doesn't recall doing. After several attempts to regain access, we were informed that an email would be sent to [redacted], but despite checking spam, we never received it. On March 22 or 23, [redacted], an individual named Vicki or Vicky Anderson unlawfully gained access to my account through ransomware. My name and account name were Brent Leonard Valore. They contacted my previous phone number and demanded $2,[redacted] under threat of hacking my phone, prompting me to change my phone number. Additionally, my email linked to my account was also compromised, preventing access to both Facebook and my [redacted] email. I am requesting the deletion of my Facebook account under the name Brent Leonard Valore due to the security breach I experienced. If it is as simple as it seems to hack into accounts, Facebook's security measures are inadequate. I was playing 'Spin Vegas' on my Facebook account when I noticed a strange issue. After playing a few other games like "Double U" and "Vegas Craze," I returned to Facebook and found that the language had changed to English friends' names and mostly Chinese characters. This occurred on a community computer in a senior apartment building. I suspect my Facebook may be infected and would like to clean it up. Additionally, I may need help with my email to ensure everything is secure and properly analyzed.

Hello, I need assistance with an important matter. Originally, my profile name was 'Dave Decision', which is my stage name for my band with a corresponding page at www.facebook.com/rashdecision. Currently, I work as a support worker with vulnerable teens and young individuals. While I aim to keep my profile visible for band-related inquiries, I must also ensure my work remains separate from my music persona. As a result, I need my profile to be searchable under the band name but not directly linked to my clients for safeguarding reasons. Facebook's policy prevents me from changing my name due to a prior verification. Regrettably, fake accounts have been created using my pictures and various aliases such as Jess Joey, Libby Lew, Mike Murphy, and Alison Do Me. The nature of the content on these profiles is offensive and disturbing, causing distress not only to me but also to my friends who have received friend requests from these impersonators. Despite reporting these accounts with evidence of the malicious messages and images they have circulated, no action has been taken promptly. The situation has escalated to phone calls, voicemails, and even stalking, which is intolerable and has compelled me to seek help from law enforcement. I implore Facebook to prioritize addressing such harmful activities on its platform and to consider implementing measures to track the source of uploaded content to prevent further instances of abuse. My bank account was hacked through Facebook for more than $[redacted] via something called "virtual Facebook." I was directed to links leading directly to Facebook's seller page, which I never accessed. I urgently need someone to contact me as soon as possible; otherwise, I may have to resort to extreme measures. I am sharing this because I require a human to reach out to me via phone for a conversation. If not, I may incur charges. I have proof of reporting to Facebook twice since December that someone attempted phishing on my page. Around February 2, [redacted], I signed up for extra security with Facebook, yet this issue persists. Despite changing my bank cards twice, I still experienced a withdrawal from my account on 5/4/[redacted], resulting in my bank account going into negative balance by up to $[redacted].

On April 12th, my account was hacked, resulting in unauthorized messages being sent. I promptly changed my password. Despite this, I encountered difficulty logging in, as I did not receive the SMS verification code. I sought assistance and provided a photo of myself with a handwritten code as instructed. However, days passed without a resolution, despite my continued attempts to access my account and multiple follow-up reports. Even after submitting another photo recently, the issue persists, with an "error" message when trying to resend the code. Regrettably, the wrong account was reactivated, compounding the confusion. I remain locked out of my intended account, facing persistent login issues, and have received no response to my reports.

I make sure to never post anything offensive or controversial on social media because I respect others' feelings and beliefs. Recently, I feel that I have been unfairly singled out for sharing funny memes from Facebook as a way to bring people together. I believe my posts comply with the platform's community guidelines. I suspect someone may be reporting my posts, leading to automatic violations being flagged. I would be happy to apologize and remove any posts that have upset someone, but I don't believe I have breached any rules. I am concerned that I am being targeted unfairly and I would appreciate it if my account privileges could be reviewed and reinstated.

I tried to access Facebook on my phone using Wi-Fi and Mozilla Firefox, my long-term web browser. After being prompted to log back in due to an expired session, I realized I couldn't recall my password. Following the password reset process and entering the verification code from the email, I then faced a hurdle: a second verification code was sent via SMS, which I couldn't receive without a cell provider. Despite submitting a photo of my state-issued ID twice for identity verification, I am still unable to access my Facebook account. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. My real name is Crisanto G. Ramirez, but on Facebook, I go by Ken Ken, which is my nickname. I've used this name for almost two years. However, a few days after my birthday, March 14, I found myself unable to access my account as I was requested to provide a picture of my valid ID. Initially, I didn't take it seriously, assuming I could log in the next day. Unfortunately, I still can't access my account. Moreover, when my friends searched for me, my account couldn't be found. I suspect that someone reported my account as fake, but it's not. If you review my timeline, you'll see recent posts where I greeted my father on his 60th birthday on March 10 and received many birthday wishes for my 22nd birthday on March 14. Unfortunately, due to my account being locked, I couldn't greet my mom and sister, who both celebrated their birthdays on March 22. Being far from my family, aside from texting and calling, I used Messenger for chats and video calls, but even my Messenger account is affected. Friends think I blocked them. I hope you can assist me in retrieving my account promptly.

Regarding Hate Crime Through Holocaust Denial on Facebook Hi there, I would like to address the issue of a recent post that got deleted on Facebook, resulting in a 30-day block. The post was related to a Holocaust documentary. I believe Facebook's actions in deleting content related to the Holocaust is illegal, inhumane, and immoral. I am aware of the financial aspect of attracting clicks from different groups, but denying the Holocaust is a severe crime under US and International Law. I am planning to take legal action against Facebook for its cooperation with fascist groups in denying the Holocaust. The censorship of Holocaust documentation must cease. The use of a photograph from the US Governmental Holocaust Museum being falsely labeled as nudity is unacceptable. This image serves as forensic evidence of the atrocities committed in extermination camps. Facebook's repeated blocks on my account for sharing Holocaust-related content further demonstrate their denial of historical facts. It is essential for Facebook to adhere to US hate crime laws. I noticed unauthorized charges on my credit card after donating to MS through Facebook. My card was compromised, and all my points were stolen. Chase resolved the bogus charges and reinstated my points. I suspect identity theft through Facebook's Ads Manager, with ongoing attempts to charge me. I refuse to provide new card details. I demand a thorough investigation, cancellation of any Ads Manager activity, and prevention of further breaches. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will caution others about using Facebook. Please communicate at [redacted] once this issue is resolved.
