I have since attempted to create a new account using two of my email addresses, as well as my phone number, and each time I'm told that my account is being disabled due to suspicious activity. I don't understand what the problem is. I am Heather Ford, formerly lived in Virginia, currently live in Ohio, originally from NYC. I am just trying to create a new account so I can stay on top of local event here in Cleveland, OH. This is becoming increasingly frustrating and no one will get back to me. **I have attempted to appeal, but the form I attempt to fill out keeps telling me I've filled it out incorrectly! I have also been trying to verify my phone number and I'm being told that it's invalid. What exactly is the problem here?**I need *someone* to get back to me* it's absurd that this is even a problem.
