On April ** I was logged out of my Facebook account while playing Pop Slots. After I had to literally signed into using my password. I tried logging back into my account and it said the password I had used **-**mins prior was my old password and if I forgot the new password to use forgot password and they would send me a password reset or code to my email. Unfortunately the email address listed is no longer available to me. And my telephone number had been changed as well as my other email address that was added as a recovery was removed. So I created a new account in hopes of linking it with the old one guess what I was logged out of that as well. So I called **** *** **** on April **th and was told by a rep claiming to be an employee of Facebook that I had to go to a store purchase a $** steam card a give him the ** digit code on the back so he can stop the so called hacker that's using a high level security to keep me from logging in to my account. And he can't block this hacker that's using an IMac book without it, because it's the same high level security that Facebook uses. I'm not naive nor stupid not about to pay the hacker to get my account or better yet do his job if he did indeed work for fb customer service. I explained that nicely to Alex as well as repeated back to him what he said to me as a question and telling him how stupid he sound for even letting words like that come out of his mouth. Later that night I went online and emailed facebook about this situation and requesting my account back. They did send me a password reset link but to the new account I had created. I email they back telling them this and haven't heard back. I email them again April ** and still no word. What I want is to recover my fb account that I've been using since **** the name on the account is Shazzan Hogue, email address on the account is *****@***.com that I no longer have access to. So the password rest link or code can be sent to my current email address which is *****@***.com. I already sent verification a state ID picture, regular picture, and the profile pictures are the same all of me. This issue has been going for a week. Can this now please be resolved. Thank you
