this is Yolie Gaspar Correa. i would like to ask for help. as of now i cant open or recover my own account for * weeks now maybe, due to some reasons. **. i forgot my password**. the email address that is recorded in my profile is already inactive, i cant recover it anymore.**. also, the phone number is also deactivated for a long time now.**. friend's help is not yet in my setting. *so, all options mentioned above is not possible for me. *For few days passed, i am trying to open or construct new account but it always come up with its either asking for photo for review then after a day it will turn account disabled, account unavailable. *And just yesterday, my husband, Leo Correa thought that maybe because the original account is still existing. so what he did was he reported my account name YOLIE GASPAR CORREA thinking that maybe if it reported, the account will disable and just disappear as like as the other new accounts i made. but it still exist. my question is that, can i still recover that said account of mine? *i would like to retain that account please if it still possible.*thank you and i appreciate if u will respond on my problem the soonest.
