Hello,***I am very frustrated with Experian, not only is it almost impossible to speak with someone when you do they are completely unhelpful and ill equipped to answer any questions regarding your company or the services you “offer”. I have been trying to get a matter resolved for almost * months now, and I am still not able to get anyone to help. I decide a few months ago that when all the alert’s and data breaches that I would contact all three credit bureaus and sign up online to freeze my credit in order to proactively protect myself. This was very straight forward with the other two company’s but with yours I have gotten nowhere. I have called at least ** times that I have recorded and the two times I spoke with someone I was told I had been routed to Canada by mistake so they could not help, mind you after spending ** min on hold. The next time I spoke with someone it seemed like he understood what I was asking and assured me that when I receive something in the mail with my personal verification number I would be all set.***I am just trying to create an account though your website so I can freeze or unfreeze my credit when needed. As I have told the rep I spoke with whenever I try and sign in I get either an error code or “we are unable to honor your request for online access. I do not understand what the problem is or what I have to do to correct this. I have been very patient and receptive to waiting and getting my personal verification number which I was told, once I have I would have no problem creating an online account. I am so willing and able to provide whatever information is requested but as I cannot get someone to speak with I’m not getting any direction as to what is wrong or how to fix it.***Per the customer service number it seems like credit is frozen right now, which is what I want because of the dangers of identity theft. What I am not able to do is anything online like view my score, un freeze when needed or even login to view products I may or may not be interested in. I would appreciate someone, ANYONE, to look at my account and see what the problem is and how to resolve it. I plan on sending this to a customer service email and I will also post via Facebook and Instagram so someone within your organization might see this. I am sure I am not the only person that has this issue out of the *** million people in the United States your organization keeps track of.***Best***Michael Boucino****-***-****
