Dear Customer Service, I have been attempting to contact you by phone for assistance, but have been unable to reach a human agent. The 4-digit code required for verification has not been sent to my email despite multiple attempts. I will try again using a different browser before contacting you once more. I am involved in the Experian Data Breach Lawsuit and have inquiries regarding my credit score, which currently shows as zero. In May [redacted], my score was close to [redacted] before I discovered my information was compromised. Since then, all my attempts to check my credit score on various platforms have resulted in a zero rating. This sudden change concerns me, and I require immediate clarification. If my credit score is not rectified promptly, I will have no choice but to report a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act to the relevant authorities. Rest assured, I will escalate this matter until I receive satisfactory answers. Please address this issue promptly, as it is crucial to me. Best regards, A.

I have been attempting to either cancel or unblock my Experian customer account without success. Despite multiple attempts and calls to toll-free numbers, the automated system could not verify my information. Only after contacting an international corporate representative, I was able to confirm my details, but the issue still persists. Customer service provided a number for assistance, which did not resolve the problem. My email complaint remains unanswered, and I am dissatisfied with the service received. I have expressed my frustration by giving a low rating for customer service and plan to inform my credit card company about the payment issue while lodging my complaints through other means.

Hello, I need urgent assistance with unfreezing my credit to allow the apartment I am trying to rent to access my credit report. Last Thursday, I thought I successfully unfroze it online using my pin number. I also attempted to remove the fraud alert, which took over 2 hours. On Friday at 5:15 pm, the apartment complex still could not access my credit report for approval. I accidentally re-froze my credit while trying to inquire by phone if it was truly unfrozen. Unfortunately, my pin no longer works, and I am unsure of what to do. Time is running out, as I need to secure the new apartment, give notice at my current place, and take advantage of a one-month free rent offer if I sign the lease by the end of the week. Despite spending hours on the phone seeking help, I have been unsuccessful. I even resorted to overnighting documents to expedite the removal of the credit freeze. I am desperate for assistance. Please contact me via email or phone. Thank you for any help provided. Tara K.

I think I may have placed a credit freeze some years ago as advised. I am currently in the process of purchasing a house and require an immediate credit check. After calling the [redacted] number, I mistakenly pressed the wrong option multiple times which led to another freeze on my account. Upon calling [redacted] to reach a representative, I unintentionally triggered a security alert. I now urgently need to prove my identity to unfreeze my account and gain access to it.

To whom it may concern, Anthony D. [redacted] Greenbriar Road East Macon, GA [redacted] [redacted] I've faced challenges with my payment history due to circumstances beyond my control. Following a car accident in April [redacted] that left my wife and me hospitalized, I encountered billing issues with the hospital and ambulance services. Despite my insurance company's assurance to correct the billing for two individuals, I continue to receive notices for an outstanding balance of $[redacted]+. Furthermore, I relied on the assistance of my auto salesman, MS Virginia Milliken at Five Star Volkswagen, to handle a gap insurance policy for my totaled Chrysler [redacted]. Despite my explanations to GM Financial regarding the situation, I still face payment demands for the wrecked car while managing payments on my new vehicle through CULS finance in Atlanta. These financial burdens have also led to challenges with credit card companies reducing my credit limits significantly. I hope for a resolution that eases this financial strain. Regards, Anthony D.

I encountered an issue with the security freeze on my account, and I was hoping to speak with a human representative instead of dealing with an automated system. I need to ensure that the correct credit information is reported on my credit file so that I do not have a thin credit history. It was frustrating to have my only options be to freeze my account or my child's account due to the system malfunctioning. I hope to receive a call from a real person by the requested time to rectify the situation caused by the automated system. Thank you in advance.

I have been a loyal Experian customer for many years, but I am facing issues with my username and password when trying to sign in. Despite numerous attempts to retrieve them, the system can't seem to locate my account. Unfortunately, even requesting assistance from live support has proved futile as the line continuously gives me a busy signal. The online help pages have not been beneficial either, leaving me frustrated and unable to access my account to apply for fraud protection following the recent security breach. I continue to receive prompts from Experian asking if my issue is resolved, but I have to keep answering NO because the problem persists. This lack of access is becoming a major concern for me.

Yesterday, I received a call from American Express inquiring about a card application I did not make. Following their advice, I placed a fraud alert with the credit bureaus. During this process, I discovered an unauthorized card opened under my name with Comenity Bank on July 21, [redacted]. I need to dispute this immediately. When attempting to address this online, it indicated I already have an account, prompting me to retrieve my username. However, upon entering my social security number and birthday, the system claims to have sent my information to an unfamiliar email address. I am concerned about my details being sent elsewhere. It is crucial to resolve this issue promptly and remove the fraudulent account from my report to prevent unauthorized charges.

On August 21, [redacted], I received a call from a person named Sam Williams, who claimed to be from the loss mitigation department at US Bank Home Mortgage. He provided details about my current mortgage on my property in Winter Springs, Florida. Sam offered to refinance my mortgage with a lower interest rate of 2.5%, reducing my monthly payment to $[redacted]. He insisted on immediate payment and called me multiple times on August 30, pressuring me to purchase a reloadable Green Dot Visa card from a Dollar General store in Hot Springs. Despite my inquiries about using my regular Visa card, Sam avoided the question. He called from different numbers, including [redacted] and [redacted], leaving voicemails that I saved. After loading $[redacted] onto the prepaid card, a representative activated it and took the $[redacted] payment. I now suspect it was a scam as the money never reached my US Bank account, despite them having my email address. I seek guidance on preventing such scams in the future and identifying the source of this data breach.

Subject: Concerns About Early Lease Return Dear Mr. Bell, I am a customer reaching out regarding an early lease return at Kia of Mankato. Despite assurances that there would be no fees or penalties for the return, my credit was damaged in August due to a missing final payment that Kia financing claims not to have received. Despite having emails from March confirming that all was settled, my credit score has taken a hit, dropping from an [redacted]+ rating. I have reported this to the MN Dept. of Commerce, as they handle leasing agreements that involve out-of-state financing. I am disappointed that Kia of Mankato did not uphold their end of the agreement, which has led to this unfortunate situation. I trust that you will address this matter promptly, as I believe you to be an honorable businessman. Sincerely, M.S.

I need to lift a credit freeze. Both Equifax and Transunion did this online immediately and confirmed by representatives. Experian's website mentioned I could lift the freeze without a PIN by answering identity questions but instead requested documents by mail - a government ID, utility bill, and Social Security card. I sent these but my account remains frozen after acknowledgment. I cannot reach a live Experian representative for assistance.

My son went to college and found an apartment for rent. The leasing company asked for a guarantor, which was me, his mother. Experian flagged "Possible fraud" during the process. I've been attempting to reach a live person at Experian to resolve the matter. My wife has excellent credit, so this issue is preventing my son from securing the apartment. I require assistance from a representative to rectify this situation. So far, only automated responses have been provided, which is inadequate considering the issue appears to be with the leasing company, not my wife's credit.

I am looking to unfreeze my credit report. While Equifax and Transunion were able to process this online promptly and confirm it with representatives, Experian's process has been different. Even without my PIN, I was informed I could unfreeze my report by answering identity confirmation questions. However, after mailing the required documents as instructed – including a government issued ID, a utility bill, and a document displaying my Social Security number – my account remains frozen. Despite Experian confirming receipt of the documents, my account is still inaccessible two weeks later. Numerous attempts to speak with a live Experian representative have been unsuccessful. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

I have been a victim of Identity Theft, which has caused me to experience financial losses and a lot of distress. As a result, I need to secure a loan through Lending Tree to help me get back on my feet. I have never borrowed money before, so my credit scores are low. I have been working on improving my credit with Lexington Law and have paid off any outstanding debts. I recently received notification from Lexington Law that my credit score has improved, potentially allowing me to qualify for the loan I need. I kindly request a one-time release of my credit score to Lending Tree to facilitate this process. If you send the required information directly to Lending Tree, that is also acceptable. I am hopeful that with the necessary financial assistance, I can address the aftermath of the Identity Theft, pay my bills, and regain some stability. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Michelle B. Meier PS. I have included copies of my driver's license and social security card via email for verification purposes to expedite this matter.

In August [redacted], I placed an extended fraud alert on my accounts due to identity theft. Regrettably, I mistakenly entered the wrong phone number when submitting the request. Correcting this error has proven challenging, impacting both my home and mobile numbers. This issue is preventing me from moving forward with a car loan application, as they require my updated contact details. Despite my efforts, contacting a representative at Experian directly has proven impossible, leaving me frustrated with the situation.

I urgently need assistance with removing my credit freeze. I am in the process of applying for a mortgage, and the lender requires access to my credit report. I do not have my PIN available, and I am not interested in making any purchases; I simply need to speak with a representative to have the freeze lifted. I have tried contacting Experian through various phone numbers, but none of the automated options allow me to remove the freeze. I am feeling extremely frustrated with the difficulty of dealing with Experian in order to complete this necessary task. Kindly assist me in connecting with a live representative to address the credit freeze removal promptly.

I recently had a collection that I paid in full. The other two credit reporting agencies have already removed it from my credit report. I was unaware of this collection until the agency called me. I am on Medicaid, and they had assured me they would cover it. As soon as I found out it was in collection, I paid it off right away. I kindly request that this collection be removed from my credit report, just like the other agencies have done. My credit has been good until this incident. Thank you.
