I booked a package trip to NYC with Expedia for March **-**, ****. I canceled that trip with an Expedia agent (after *.* hours on hold) on March **, but was told I needed to contact Sun Country airlines myself, since they are a low-cost carrier. I did, March **. Sun Co told me if I wanted a refund, using the CFAR insurance I bought with the Expedia package, I had to contact Expedia AGAIN to get them to initiate the refund. For the last two days I have been on hold with Expedia for a total of * hours, three yesterday, four and counting today. Can anyone help?
GetHuman-sallygad did not yet indicate what Expedia should do to make this right.
