I booked on line Aanuka Beach Resort Coffs Harbour * bedroom apartment for Thursday **th October through to **th October at a cost of A$*,***.** which is what I wanted however I got an email that asked me how was my book in for Thursday the **th so too my surprise I rang the resort who said the booking for the **th had been cancelled and a booking for the **th was in place but no one has arrived I explained to the Resort no one has arrived as we are not coming till Thursday **th I have already paid for this in full. The resort said one was made in Hotels.com and the other in booking.com and one has been cancelled I don't know why? and a booking sits for the **th even though no one has arrived. I need this sorted out as it is a family reunion and family members have booked at the resort to meet us from Queensland and I certainly do not want to loose *,***.** so I need this to be sorted out before next Thursday when we arrive at the resort my mobile is **** *** ***
