We paid for a pick up from Campiano Airport Rome via Expedia with Conzorsio. No car turned up - I had called the previous day and emailed and they confirmed the car would be there . After waiting I called the office again and they said the car had broken down and they didn’t have another car. There was no other help or support for us from them she just told us to take a taxi. Two cab drivers wanted to charge us ** euro to our hotel - the third one said **euros - we had no choice but to take the taxi and pay it. I have a reciept from the taxi driver and consorzio said I needed to get a refund via Expedia. It was a horrible start to our holiday. The itinerary number is *************. My name is Stephanie Kamin and we flew to Rome in Ryanair on ** September G*KBJG. I have emailed twice but have received no response from Expedia maybe I have been using the wrong email address. Someone suggested doing it this way. Please can you respond
