Dear Customer Support Team, **I have a major major major issue happen. I booked a flight for November ** from Amman to Cairo and back to Amman on November **. **After booking my flight through Expedia, which is the ONLY travel agent I use, and have been using for a long time. I NEVER received a confirmation on my email, so.... I quickly called Customer Support in order to check if my flight is confirmed. Only to find out, that it is not confirmed and that I have no booking. So far, no problem. As the customer support agent informed me that my money will be refunded to my account since I have NO booking. NO ticket under my name. **I quickly booked another ticket through the airline itself as I urgently needed to be in Cairo, and didn't want to take any risk. **Upon check in, at the counter, I was informed that I have TWO TICKETS under my name. The one through Expedia and the one through the airlines. Now, nobody in their right mind would book two tickets on the same flight, would they???**So to recap, my MAJOR ISSUES with you: *- I did NOT receive a confirmation by email or Phone*- I had no TICKET OR RESERVATION OR BOOKING NUMBER *- I was told that I indeed have NO BOOKING when contacted you *- I ended up with TWO *- WAY TICKETS ON ONE FLIGHT *- I was told I will be refunded because I DO NOT HAVE A BOOKING. *- I AM NOT REFUNDED FOR OBVIOUS REASONS* I DID have a ticket. **This is a HUGE inconvenience, a HUGE issue, and not at all expected from a reputable travel agent like EXPEDIA. **I expect a refund, immediately. I expect a call from one of your representatives immediately to resolve this issue. I do not have time to go back and forth between you all as I am swamped with work, but I need the amount to be refunded immediately. And kindly check with your support team, as this is incredibly unaccepted. And since you record phone calls for "quality assurance", make sure you go back to that specific phone call to check. **I'm expecting your fastest response, here is my number: *************
