I booked a flight from brussels to madrid on expedia due on nov. **th.*The day of my flight , i was informed at the airport that i dont have a booking and that the reservation was void. In this situation, i had to buy a new ticket at the airport for €*** in addition to the €** i had paid to expedia. I have tried to chat with a customer service officer for the last few days but i loose connection. I need to solve that issue and know what happened to my previous reservation, and of course i need a refund for the new €*** i paid for the new ticket.
