Iten: ************* - I recently traveled to Myrtle Beach and made a reservation with Carmel Car & Limousine Service. They were not at the airport when I arrived at *:** so I had to call them and wait for their arrival. My flight leaving Myrtle Beach was not until **:**PM but they should up at the hotel at *:**AM the day I was leaving. When I called to make an appt for pickup later that night they denied my request even though I already paid $*** for their service. I would like a $*** refund from Expedie since I paid for a service that I did not receive. Please confirm refund. Thanks, Jean
