The issue in GetHuman-pushpak's own words
Basis the Itinerary ************** I received an email from The Sakala Resort Bali-All suites that they will not be able to confirm the booking as they could not charge my card. Basis on that I cancelled the booking but unfortunately I was charged a penalty of around **k. Please arrange to refund the cancellation charge as I did that basis the confirmation received from the hotel. Appreciate your early action.
GetHuman-pushpak did not yet indicate what Expedia should do to make this right.
