Hi there. I've booked a short break and have been informed that I have booked it twice by mistake. This is due to my periods of uncontrollable bouts of shaking. The hotel informed of me of this and amended it on their books but informed to get in touch with yourselves which I've been trying all weekend but my I-pad wouldn't let me download the app. The booking is for The Castle Inn, Porlock, Minehead. The *th-**th October ****. * family room for * adults and * dog. The booking reservation number is ***-***-***. I only want * family room please. As you can see it's close to the cancellation date and I really can't afford extra costs. Many thanks Mrs Angela Woodhouse. I await your response.
