ETSY HELP - THEIR QUERY id NUMBER *******. My courier requests a telephone number for the purpose of delivering a parcel to a customer who has ordered and paid for some goods. I have sent several messages and emails to this customer on Etsy conversations and notes to Etsy Help and have had no reply.
