Seller responded to request for help with shipping issue by accusing me of trying to con him. Was hostile. Should not be on Etsy.

Requested seller’s help locating purchase after receiving notice item delivered to wrong address. All documentation posted on Etsy account except phone conversation. ... I received a notice my purchase sent to wrong address. Called seller. He accused me of having received it despite knowing there had been a problem with address. Was hostile. When I wrote review he posted reply accusing me of being a “total con artist.” I have documentation of address problems. Item eventually arrived but wish to report him for verbal abuse over phone. Item eventually did arrive but I no longer want it. I would like to return it for a refund and for his business practices tagged for hostile, abusive behavior.
I needed help finding and possibly rerouting purchase. Seller responded it was my problem after accusing me of trying to con him. Hostile and verbally abusive.

Have enjoyed all sellers and purchases until now. I asked seller for help locating item to reroute if necessary. That is a reasonable request.
No idea what to do other than warn future customers.
