I can't believe I have to write all of this out instead of talking one on to a human customer service contact. Some on-going problems are to long and involved to put in writing. My problem with one of your stores actually began back in March or April. In good faith, I purchased a quilt kit from a store called Pinkscotton, and paid for my purchase. I do not recall seeing on the item posting that I was purchasing this item and prepaying for it before it was ready to be sent out. Well, from then on until a day or * ago, I am getting the same runaround that it was not ready to be released yet. I have emails backing this all up. I have never encounter a buying process such as this and I am beginning to believe I am mixed up in a scam. This company is still "selling" this exact quilt on their etsy. Don't know how they can do this without know when the item will be available for shipping. They are just collecting the money. I wish to know more about what is going on and I would like to get a refund, especially if this is not on the up and up. Could a human being get in contact with me personally, so I feel you are a reliable company who has it's buyer's interests at heart. Paulette Moreland
