I purchased a bed for about $1,[redacted] in January. I only received half of the bed a month ago with damaged boxes due to shipping. I contacted the seller in France about this, but there seems to be a language barrier. He mentioned he didn't send the rest of the boxes because he may need to rebuild some pieces. Communication has been slow due to various reasons like a storm knocking out their internet. My last contact was on June 6th, and Etsy suggested I call him, but we have a language barrier. I am reaching out to Etsy for help in facilitating communication. If the seller can't send the remaining parts by the end of July, I would like a refund.

Hello, I am extremely upset because I purchased a top and skirt from Aroma Collection for £50. Upon arrival, I discovered that the items were made of cheap plastic material instead of crochet as advertised and were not the correct sizes. The skirt was so small it barely fit my 11-year-old sister who is slim. Despite being listed as a UK women's size 8, the skirt seemed more suitable for a child and arrived two weeks late. I reached out to them about returning the items, but they have stopped responding after previous communication, indicating potential scamming behavior. I am a regular Etsy shopper and have never encountered such a dishonest situation. I urge you to remove this seller from your site for the safety of other customers, and I demand a refund. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will share my negative experience on social media. I am also concerned about their two-week return policy and do not want to miss the opportunity to return these unsatisfactory items. This situation has been distressing, and I feel scammed.

I have been experiencing difficulties reaching out to you to address an issue with my order. Recently, I bought two pairs of the same earrings, one for $[redacted] and another for $[redacted]. Due to my initial order being canceled, I feared not receiving the earrings, so I placed a second order using my girlfriend's email address. On May 29th, I was charged for both pairs on my account. I requested to cancel the second pair, but I got charged for both. Unfortunately, I only received one pair, and I have not been able to receive a refund for the second pair that was never delivered. I purchased a dried hydrangea wreath for my front door yesterday (14th) but realized it is smaller than I expected (12.6” instead of 32”). I contacted the seller to either cancel or enlarge the wreath to 24”. We discussed the additional cost, but I am unsure how to send it. I reached out to Etsy Customer Support and created an Etsy account, but I am still confused about the payment process. I requested assistance nearly two weeks ago regarding an issue with my order from Alexbridal. I had purchased a white bolero for $77.99 but received one in ivory instead. After contacting them directly and not receiving a response for 4 days, I reached out to getahuman. Alexbridal finally responded within 6 hours, stating they had sent a return shipping label and would send the correct bolero once I returned the wrong one. I returned it last Tuesday and have since followed up with them about the status of the replacement, but I have not received any shipping notifications. I am disappointed to have spent $77.99 without receiving the correct item. This experience has made me hesitant about using Etsy again and recommending it to others if this issue is not resolved promptly.

Hello. I am currently in the midst of a dispute regarding an order I placed. The postage was not fully paid, and when I informed the seller, she argued that it was my responsibility to obtain documentation from the post office. I provided her with two different receipts detailing the additional payment I made. After querying the post office, they explained that she did not correctly include the $3.20. Despite this information, she refused to reimburse me. I believe as a customer, it is not my duty to pinpoint the exact reason for the extra postage charge. I suggested she contact my local post office for clarification. However, our attempts to resolve the matter were futile. I am now seeking a full refund due to the unprofessional and rude manner in which this situation was handled. This experience has been unlike any I have encountered with a seller before. While I am willing to provide Etsy with the necessary evidence of the excess postage, I expect a full refund given the poor customer service.

I bought a 14K solid gold 3D Retriever Charm from Charm World for $[redacted] as a gift, but upon inspection, it was found to be of lower quality than advertised. I have followed up with her multiple times for a tracking number but have not heard back. I purchased 3 chairs from Barnxo on 6/6/18, with transaction number #[redacted]. They were delivered separately from 2 different facilities. However, the seats do not match the chairs, making assembly impossible due to misaligned screw holes. I reached out to the owner, who acknowledged the issue and promised to send a return label, but I have not received it. These chairs are currently taking up space in my living room and are unusable. I believe that instead of waiting for the return, new matching seats should have been sent promptly with a return label for the incorrect ones. It's frustrating to receive a nonfunctional product, and I hope this can be resolved soon. Thank you.

I recently purchased a skirt from an Etsy seller. I provided my measurements, hoping for a custom fit. When I received the skirt, I was shocked by the poor quality - it seemed like a $5 cheap bargain store find. The thin fabric made it unwearable, and the waistband was so flimsy it wouldn't stay up. It was evident that the seller did not customize it as promised. The material was like thick hosiery, very disappointing. I returned the skirt and asked for a refund, but the seller claimed she's too busy because of her pregnancy. I find this excuse unreasonable as processing a refund only takes a few minutes. Unfortunately, my attempts to communicate with her have been ignored. It seems like she's deliberately delaying the refund process in the hope that I'll miss the three-month cut-off for refunds.

I have an Etsy account but cannot find the contact page in the home section. Therefore, I am reaching out here for help. I recently sold a book on Etsy, and unfortunately, the buyer was dissatisfied and threatened to leave a negative review claiming I misrepresented the item. Despite believing my listing was accurate, I refunded her to avoid further conflict. Now, I need assistance with two issues: First, I am unable to provide the buyer with a return shipping label since she still possesses the book. Second, I'm concerned about false reviews on my shop. I have a concern about a seller's honesty. I am currently working with a seller I purchased a product from. Before buying it, I asked specific questions about how my shipment should be handled - packaging labels, processing time, shipping method. The seller assured me of everything, promising a 1-day processing time and immediate shipping. After two days, I inquired about the FEDEX tracking number, only to discover the package hadn't been shipped yet. Despite promises of a next-day shipment, I received no response, no tracking number, and no package by the promised deadline. What was supposed to take 1 day has now stretched into 6 days over the weekend. I expect honesty in online transactions. I want, at the very least, a refund for the shipping I paid. Honesty matters to me, and I find it disappointing when sellers make promises they don't keep. How do you handle vendors who deceive their customers?

Hello, I reached out a few months ago regarding an issue with individuals misusing my photo for fraudulent purposes. Even though my account was canceled, my picture is still being displayed. This issue is also happening on Facebook and GoFundMe.com. I am in the process of having my accounts removed from Google and Safari. I recently relocated from Ohio to Texas to receive treatment at MD Anderson, the top Cancer Center globally. Unfortunately, the kindness of people back home who tried to help me has resulted in a distressing situation as my photos and story are being used fraudulently.
