I have had issues with Kivaford/Etsy. I purchased a miniature red vase from their site, but when I checked my order, a different item was displayed. They explained it was a thumbnail picture error on the website. I unintentionally made some remarks they found hurtful, which I regret. I apologized multiple times via email. They claimed to issue two refunds for my orders, but the refunds haven't reflected in my bank account. I emailed them to inquire about the refunds, but they have not responded. I feel lost as they have rejected any future orders from me after I apologized for the confusion caused by the thumbnail picture error.

Five days ago, I reached out via email about an issue with an item I purchased on Dec 3. Unfortunately, I received a faulty product on Jan 8, returned it on Jan 26, and have not received a replacement or refund. The seller assured me on Feb 8 that the item would be sent shortly, but I have not had any response despite my follow-up emails. I am reaching out concerning my deactivated account. I am unsure of the reason behind this action and it is causing me great concern. Although I initially had trouble signing in, I eventually managed to do so after multiple attempts. However, when I try to reopen my account using my email address, I receive an error message stating there is an issue with my email, even though my email functions properly and I receive emails daily. I cannot ascertain the cause of the deactivation. I am seeking assistance on the forum to resolve this.
Some users shared their experiences of selling similar items in multiple Etsy stores or selling items not created by them, but I only have one Etsy shop. I do have other shops on different platforms where I sell similar items. Could this be the reason? In my shop, there are only two items that I did not make personally - a leather belt crafted by my husband and a pair of men's cuff links that belonged to my father. Could these be the cause of the deactivation? I am diligent about paying my bills early and have not encountered any issues.
This situation is troubling for me. I spent a year selling my first item after opening the shop in [redacted]. Over time, my sales increased, I gained regular customers, and people know my shop URL. It took three years of dedication to promote my shops and see progress, and now this setback.

My customer accidentally provided the wrong address with a typo in the house number. They are willing to cover any additional fees for the redirection. I contacted FedEx 8 days ago, who issued a call tag for the package to be rerouted, promising delivery by Tuesday. However, it has been 7 more days since then and the package has not been delivered. The customer is now considering disputing the charge on their credit card. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, I purchased a journal on the 19th of January [redacted]. Despite multiple inquiries, the seller kept postponing the shipping, claiming the item was still being made. After being ill and in the hospital for a week, I returned home to find the case closed due to lack of response. The seller has not shipped the journal nor refunded my money. I recently made a purchase from MotherEarthBlessings.etsy.com for soap. Unfortunately, the item I received was not the one I ordered as shown on Etsy. I reached out to the seller in a polite manner to address the issue. The seller agreed to provide a refund for the product, but I believe I should also be refunded for the shipping costs due to the mistake made by the seller. I originally purchased 4 bars of soap, but only received 2 bars that do not match the description or scent of the dragon's blood soap as advertised. Despite my respectful approach, the seller requested not to be contacted further and stated that I seemed strange, which I found puzzling.

I did not place an order with Ann. My account was hacked, and my card number was stolen to pay for this item. The order number is [redacted], and the transaction number is [redacted]. Despite sending three unanswered emails to the business owner, Ann, who I now believe does not exist, I received a confirmation email stating that Ann will start working on my May 27th order "right away." I am unable to access my Etsy account today as I am seeing a banner indicating "Hi, Your account is unconfirmed." I have been using Etsy for a year and a half with my current email address, but the displayed email address in the banner includes an extra letter, which raises suspicions of a potential hack. The banner provides two options: "Resend email" or "Change your email". I find it odd that Etsy would have a new email for me to verify. I placed an order with Madintown on April 20th for a black shirt (Order # [redacted]), however, I received a gray shirt instead. I ordered two outdoor pillows from a vendor named "Crabby Chris" on ETSY, but they arrived with a sewn flange edge instead of the expected design. Yesterday, I tried to order a shirt for my son's birthday party on June 16th from Whoopsie Daisy Bow. Their website indicated one to two weeks for shipping. When I reached out to them to inquire about receiving it by the 16th, they requested an extra $5 for rush shipping on top of the $24 already paid. I mentioned they should update their shipping time to two weeks but was willing to pay the extra fee. Surprisingly, they canceled my entire order without explanation after I responded. The message said my order was declined. I'm confused and upset that this happened, especially when I was only asking about the shipping.

I recently received an email from Etsy notifying me that an order was cancelled due to the lack of parental permission. I am unsure how to proceed in providing this permission. Despite being promised assistance shortly, I have struggled to get a response from Etsy. Although I updated my bank account information, the issue persists. Yesterday, my account was suspended abruptly. Previously, I had encountered some cases which I believed were attempts of theft and chose not to settle immediately. However, after a case in January [redacted], I agreed to resolve all cases promptly, regardless of the circumstances. Following that, I had only one open case on 06/01, which was swiftly resolved as the buyer had regrets. Today, I received a notification that my account has been permanently suspended. I previously inquired about a bolero I bought from Alexbridal. I paid $77.99 for it. Initially, when Get a Human didn't respond, I contacted Alexbridal, and they provided a shipping label to return the item for an exchange. I sent back the bolero, which they received on Tuesday. However, despite requesting the correct order and following up, I have yet to receive any confirmation or the right product. I am disappointed that they have not kept their promise to send the correct order and now my money is with them, but I still have not received my item.
