I purchased an Epson XP *** Wireless All in one, Model c**cf**** on ******* from Bestbuy to use at my small business. We print maybe * pages, if that, a day, and mainly wanted the printer for scans and copies. We have multiple problems with the printer, and are at the point it is barely usable. It seems as if every week it is telling us the ink is low, and we have replaced several times, but should not be having to replace this much granted the small amount that we print. Also, it prints with lines thru the text, it is slow, it feeds the paper crooked so anytime i try to copy or print it is always crooked on the paper, and at first it hooked up to our wifi fine to scan documents to our computer, I have tried multiple times to re enter settings, and have gone thru tutorials with no success. It has been frustrating to have a new printer and not be able to use it! We are past the return amount of days for best buy, and I wasn't sure if there is anything we can do about this, but I thought I might pass the info along* I've had Epson products before and always been satisfied, I'm not sure if this is just a faulty printer maybe. We are going to have to buy a new printer and it is just unfortunate to have to have wasted nearly ***.**. Thank you for your time!
