Return the printer for a replacement or refund. ... I am an eBay seller of Epson printers and recently had one returned to me as defective. I initiated an incident report with Epson a month ago and to date have not received an OK to return the product under warranty. I have written multiple times following the incident report, but my requests have been ignored. This is the first time I have ever had to request return of printer, but will discontinue selling Epson if it is going to take this much effort every time I should have a warranty claim.
It has now been well over a month since I spoke with a representative and was issued an incident report. I have also written several more times seeking a response to the incident to no avail. They do not realized that I am an eBay seller of their products and have sold hundreds of them over the years. They also do not realized that I have been a loyal Epson customer for over twenty years.
i want to be able to return this printer to Epson at their expense or receive a $*** refund to cover my costs for the printer and return shipping.
I have sold hundreds of Epson computers on my eBay site over the last several years. I have sold Epson almost exclusively to other brands.
I tried returning to Best Buy where I purchased the printer, but they would not honor a return as it was past ** days from the date of purchase.
I have an issue with Epson too
