I am trying to replace the black ink cartridge - ***XL Epson printer XP-***. I followed the instructions from a You Tube video. I replaced the cartridge and it just keeps sending me in an endless loop, telling me to replace the cartridge. It will not go to the home page. I turned off the printer, hoping it would re-set, go to default, whatever. It just keeps repeating the message. This is a brand new Epson cartridge. We had a very difficult time setting up this printer and getting it to work. It was purchased brand new, and has been very frustrating to operate. Your website lists your number ***.***.**** Saturday hours as *:**am-*:**pm PST. I called the number and it is not in service on Saturday. It would be nice to have working printer.

I have an Epson XP-***. My advice is, don't buy an Epson printer. This one has been nothing but trouble.
