My game EA SimCity crashes when I try to to start it . It crashes within *-* secs*I play the game on an apple iPad . It is updated to latest version (**)*I have been playing for over a year. This is the only time it has crashed each time*I have cold booted my iPad, cleared all cache, rebooted my service provider modem, stopped all apps from running.*Would like to re-install game (if necessary) but fear I will loose all my game progress.*Would sincerely like to continue playing *if possible*Can you help to restart my game .*It appears impossible to speak with anyone from EA
