Hello I recently subscribed to amazon prime to receive twitch prime, my account username being ghoulettte on twitch, and amazon. I did this so I could receive the twitch exclusive skin for Wattson on Apex Legends. However I think there's a problem with the link between the accounts. I used to have a different username on xbox which was momokunoichi and you can change your email name with microsoft outlook... so my email at one point was *****@***.com. When I changed my username to ghoulettte I also changed my email to *****@***.com but I don't know what happened to my old EA online account. I'm not sure if that's the issue or something else. But my account on twitch says my skin was claimed but I still do not have the Wattson skin or the L-Star Skin. Sorry this message is so long.
