The issue in GetHuman-carrm's own words
I purchased a FIFA ultimate team PS* **** points card for $**.** as a Christmas present for my son. I didn't realize that I had purchased a FIFA ** card and he has the FIFA ** PS* game. I contacted both playstation and the Target store that I purchased the card from. I was told to contact Electronic Arts since the code was scratched because when I called the customer service at playstation they said to try to transfer the points from the FIFA ** game to the FIFA ** game, my son did try this, but it didn't work, so now we have an invalid code, my son has not been able to use the **** points, and I am not able to exchange the card at Target for a new one. Can you please give me a new code to use for this game? My son is an avid soccer player and FIFA is his favorite game to play, he spends many hours playing. I would appreciate any help you could give, since I made a mistake and didn't purchase the correct card. Thank you.
