The issue in GetHuman-calbaker's own words
I was playing a fut champions game on fifa** and was winning *-* in the **th minute. A pop up appeared saying connection was lost with the opponent and I would be returned to fifa ultimate team and the game would be under review. I was sent straight back to ultimate team where I can see my record of * wins in * games is the same. Clearly due to the fact I was sent straight back to ultimate team I didn’t lose connection with EA so it was my opponent. Since I was winning I feel my record should now stand at * wins in * games and not * wins in * games. If I had lost connection then I know for a fact my record would now say * wins in * games so why hasn’t it happened the other way around? I feel since I was winning the game and my opponent lost connection I should be credited with the win. My account name is calbaker**. I hope this gets resolved and would like to thank you in advance for listening to my problem.
