The issue in GetHuman-deitypet's own words
There was a glitch with NHL **. A card, Dustin Byufglien was given to all*Players on loan. The instructions said that you need * tombstone cards plus the loan card to make a permanent player. There is a picture on the main menu that shows a greyed out expired card combining with the tombstone to make said player. Even still, in the sets menu, a timer exists letting you know when the card will expire. The timer is bugged. It clearly says * day ** hours ***Minutes left to convert (even though the picture clearly demonstrates you can use an expired card to make the new card). However, when one goes to complete the set, it shows the card as expired and will not allow the card to be included. I spent over *** dollars on this particular card. I called technical support, spoke with a supervisor and was appalled at their lack of action. In no uncertain terms, acknowledged that there was a problem and that it was on EA sports end, only to offer only “feedback”*Iin return. It should be as simple as resetting a timer and yet they claimed it was not possible, despite the insane amounts of money I’ve spent on EA sports products over the years (which I’m sure can be easily viewed). What’s more, the supervisor was terse, acting annoyed that I was upset at this major inconvenience and threat of wasted money as a result of a programming error* poor instructions. All I’m asking for is the timer to be reset to a proper time (like what it actually states CURRENTLY) so that I can use the cards that I already spent money on to complete the set (the whole point of the investment- without it, it’s utterly useless). I am a medical*Professional and like to decompress playing NHL **. Instead, after a ** hour shift at the hospital, I spent all of my free time trying to calmly get answers from the highly incompetent technical support staff to no avail. I would like my request to be granted and I will go to great lengths to see it done as I am rather incensed about this matter. At the very least, I deserve a detailed explanation, from a human, who speaks English fluently. I have pictures of the questioner bugs should it be required.
