I Sept **** I was finishing up a Bingo game and I was going to start my the Best of Word Whomp Album. Word Whomp is one of my favorite games. I finally had time to devote to the album, however, just as I won my Bingo game on Pogo there was a message on screen saying I completed my Word Whomp Pogo Album. I had not played one challenge in that Album. There was no way I had completed it. I immediately contact Pogo and told them what happened. The agent did some troubleshooting and then advised me to wait a few days and it would fix itself. I want to play the Best of Word Whomp myself and win it on my own and not win it because of some glitch in the system. As I remember Word Whomp went to HD that month. I am wondering if that's what caused the glitch. I know I didn't play any of those challenges. I was waiting for the time I could devote to the album. It didn't fix itself in a few days as the Pogo agent said. I have given it a few weeks and I again contact Pogo tonight about the problem twice. The first agent asked to connect to my Pogo acct and then told me that I had to complete * levels before I could start the Best of Word Whomp album. I didn't understand what that meant so I asked him what he meant. He said they were Albums and I had to complete those first. I've completed a few Pogo Albums before and I never had to complete any levels of albums before I played one that I wanted. Then he told me to clear the Pogo cache folder but only clear cookies and restart the browser. I said that will disconnect us from chat. He said that should fix the problem, otherwise get back in touch with Pogo about the issue. I did clear the cookies and restart the browser but it didn't fix the glitch. I got back in touch with Pogo again and that person helped me even less. He said I had completed the album and there was nothing he could do. I did NOT complete the album and no one has access to my Pogo acct. I know I did NOT complete the Best of Word Whomp Album. It was due to something that happened as I finished playing a game of Bingo. The *nd agent was unhelpful and said that i had completed and he left the chat. I thought that was rude. I've been with Pogo since the early ****. I spend a lot of time on Pogo. I purchase gems, and badges. I gift items. I used my tokens and gems to purchased clothes and other stuff for my Avatar. I've been a loyal Pogo for a long, long time and I don't like how I was treated tonight by Pogo's representatives. The *nd person's name was Mayank. I would like Pogo to fix the glitch that occurred probably from the change from Word Whomp to Word Whomp HD so I can begin playing the Best of Word Whomp. I want to earn the Best of Word Whomp on my own and not win it just because there was a glitch in the system. If you can't do that then I think Pogo should refund my gems for the Best of Word Whomp so I can repurschase the Album. I was looking forward to completing the Word Whomp album and playing the games. It was a glitch in the system and Pogo needs to fix it. I am very upset about this. I spend a lot of time on Pogo and I have never had problems with it before this.**Christina
