Resolve an issue that the delivery carrier supposedly had "no access" to our home address...not true! someone has been here all evening ... At this moment I am furious that there is no Eddie Bauer representative available to help me with an apparent misdelivery or non delivery of my order with tracking number ************************The tracking indicates that the carrier "had no access" to our house, which is far from the truth. Someone has been home, and the package is nowhere to be found, although delivery was attempted today. I tried calling the customer service number but was placed on hold for nearly a half an hour! I hung up, and am hoping that someone can call me back at ***-***-**** or email me back expediently to help with this situation. NEVER have I experienced service, or lack thereof, from Eddie Bauer. This is frustrating because it is impossible to get an EB representative on the phone to make this right!
I want them to make the carrier deliver the package appropriately tomorrow or initiate a replacement. I also want someone to contact me. Waiting on hold for nearly ** minutes is ridiculous, and their online chat is down. I have sent an email.
