We booked four tickets for flight number EZY**** departing London Gatwick *th June **** returning from Corfu **th June **** and paid £*,***.** on ********** by visa debit card.*The airline reference is K*C***D. Despite several attempts to claim a refund on-line from your web site we have still not received our refund or had any direct communication from you. **As you cancelled the flight due to the Corona Virus we are entitled to a full refund. We do not wish*re-book another flight or to have a voucher. We understand that you have a large number of cases like ours but we feel that after three months it is high time you paid us back our money.*Unless we hear from you in the next few days we will be writing to our M.P. and contacting our solicitor. *Mr and Mrs S. Waterton
