We have flights booked for * people ** September returning ** October. Bristol to Madeira. *My husband has had Covid and is still suffering symptoms and therefore we do not wish to travel. I have called Easyjet who advisEd to send in the web form which I have done x*. No answer yet. *We would like vouchers*refund as to rebook for same time is not possible as return flights for October **** have not been released. *If we rebook outward flights we will lose cost of inward flights.
GetHuman-adelejak did not yet indicate what Easyjet should do to make this right.

Called customer services *********** only had to wait ** minutes. Went thru the Covid related issue so press * then *. Spoke to customer adviser said we wanted to cancel our flight due to quarantine requirements on return to UK. Asked for refund or vouchers. Vouchers offered. All information given and followed by an email from them. Now have to call them to use the vouchers. Very happy.
