Our flight Ivalo to LGW was delayed by *.* hours on Thurs *th Dec.*Our tour company provided us with a letter detailing how to claim for compensation from EasyJet using the EU*** claim form and the correct associated locator number and flight number to use.*When I input these details onto the form I entered the date of the flight as * Dec but when the summary of my form appears, the date has changed to *th Dec??? *I went back several times to double check and re-enter the date as the *th but it keeps defaulting to the *th.*I don’t want to submit the claim like this as the flight date will be wrong.*Any suggestions please?
