I am trying to claim expenses as a result of a cancelled flight EZY**** from Mallorca on *******.**I have received EasyJet refunds for hotel and taxi costs but am having my expense claim for car hire rejected and am in a loop with Customer Services as I keep receiving the same messages despite the fact that I have submitted a valid Invoice with all the information EasyJet requires. I submitted the invoice through the Welfare portal which we were directed to. **Despite multiple requests to get further clarity as to what the issue is, we keep getting the same automated response which seems to be that you reject the Enterprise Car Hire Invoice - but we don't know why. Initially it was because it was a Rental Agreement document not an Invoice but we have remedied that and resubmitted it but still get the same response back.**I would be very grateful if you could add some clarity into this process please!**Regards,**Martyn Buckland
