Customer: Lynne Willis*EasyJet plus number: *********Booking Reference: EW*KQN**I booked a flight for myself and my husband to Barcelona, originally setting out on the ** December, returning *th January.*We wanted to change it to ** January returning * February. By mistake we rebooked online to ** January returning * February. Typed wrong date in on the app, setting out exactly one week before we wanted to travel. We called immediately to notify EasyJet of the typing error and ask if it could be changed without paying the £** admin fee per flight, as this was a typing error. We called twice. Each time we were put on hold for several minutes and then cut off by your telephone operators. We were kept hanging in total for almost ** minutes. At £*.** per minute that’s cost us the admin fee that we would have made, had we made the change online. We now will have to make the change online, and pay the admin fee a second time, for what amounts to a typing error, as we have no trust in your customer service people. *This is truly appalling service. If you look in your records you’ll see that myself and my husband have spent thousands of pounds with EasyJet regularly visiting our home in Spain. We’ll obviously be looking for other alternatives for future trips*Kind regards.*Lynne Kersley.
