Hi *I recently flew from London to larnica on the **th august **** flight number**** .i have submitted a compensation form as the flight was over * hrs delayed .i have had this declined saying the flight was not delayed by more than * hrs .firstly we were told the plane had issues with the engine and tests were run several times which was deemed as inconclusive so we then had to walk over to the other side of the airport to get on a different plane .it was by now about ** .** the plane was due to fly at **.** .once on the plane we did not take off In till **** so by my calculations that is * *** hrs.i actually looked at my watch to work out the time we would arrive so I do not understand why you have told me the flight was less than * hrs delayed*My booking ref is Etwrwgn.i have tried phoning today but was on the phone for half an hour no answer and your live chat had no agents available.i have spoken earlier to one of ur colleagues who also informed me that the flight delay was under * hrs and I can assure you this was not the case*Regards **Lkmidgley
