I was a premium passenger on Eva Air Flt *Br*** Bangkok to SFO. I had a brand new Samsonite lg checked bag upon receiving it at SFO the front two compartments had been tampered with my TSA locks were removed and the two zippers were broken off for no reason as there was nothing in those compartments. I need to have the bag repaired as I am taking a cruse in December of this year. I have spoken to USAA travel department my booking agent and have been advised to attempt to resolve the issue with Eva Air and to contact them if I am unable to resolve the issue for further action.*Thank you in advance *Loren Fitzgerald
