I received a new card yesterday can't activate or use card. Recording say card has been deactived. How is this possible when casework @DHS just sent in request for a new one the one I have. I've not requested anyting of the search and don't understand what they're talking about or what is going on. But what I do know is there's benefits that we edible for that is unavailable to us. I need it fixed as soon as possible it is not fair nor is it right.
